Command

Command is Primer ’s real-time situational-awareness platform. It continuously machine-reads a very large body of open-source material — Primer cites on the order of 60,000 news and social-media sources — and uses natural-language processing to surface emerging events, track evolving narratives, and flag threats as they develop, so that analysts see what has changed without trawling the feeds themselves.

Command pairs with Primer’s deeper analysis layer, Delta, to form an all-source intelligence stack. In the wider AI-for-defence market it is an open-source-intelligence counterpart to platforms such as Palantir ’s Maven Smart System and Scale AI ’s Donovan — text- and language-first, rather than built around imagery and sensor video, but aimed at the same goal of compressing the time between information and decision.
