Russian channel questions FP-7 combat claim as Fire Point delays readiness; Pavlohrad propellant plant under threat

Separately, citing Ukraine’s Defence Express, a Russian channel reports that the Pavlohrad Chemical Plant — Ukraine’s sole solid-propellant manufacturer — faces imminent destruction from Russian strikes, which would foreclose the indigenous production base for any future Ukrainian ballistic missile programme.
