Starlink restrictions lifted; Crimea storm also cited as factor in drone activity dip

The Economist’s Ukraine correspondent reports that frontline Ukrainian drone commanders confirmed Starlink speed restrictions have been lifted. Separately, Russian milbloggers (Dva Majors and Rybar) argue that severe storm weather simultaneously affecting Crimea and the Black Sea coast—flooding, heavy rain and strong gusts—explains part of the observed drop in mid-range drone operations along the southern corridor, cautioning against attributing the reduction entirely to the SpaceX cap.
