Ukrspetstechnika

Long-standing Kyiv defence-electronics holding making military radar and the Anklav (Enclave) electronic-warfare system.

Ukrspetstechnika is a long-standing Kyiv-based Ukrainian defence-electronics holding specialising in military radio-electronics — principally radar and electronic warfare. The company states it has operated since 1989, with the holding legally registered in 2000, and has overhauled and upgraded Ukrainian air-defence radars since the late 1990s. It should not be confused with the UAV maker Ukrspecsystems or the state arms trader Ukrspecexport.

Its best-known electronic-warfare product is Anklav, usually transliterated “Enclave.” Originally a GLONASS and GPS jammer, it was expanded after 2014 to suppress the control and telemetry links of drones as well as precision-guided munitions, working across the 400–2500 MHz range out to several tens of kilometres. First units were delivered in 2016 and the system was used operationally in the Donbas; a smaller, roughly 15 kg urban variant, Enclave-Malyuk, followed. The company also produces the Barsuk portable surveillance radar and continues its air-defence radar work.

As an established pre-2014 manufacturer rather than a wartime startup, Ukrspetstechnika sits at the institutional end of Ukraine’s large electronic-warfare sector, distinct from the FPV-era jammer workshops such as Kvertus . Production scale, current contracts and foreign partners are not publicly verifiable.
