UFORCE

Ukrainian-founded defence-tech integrator behind the Nemesis strike-bomber multirotors and the Bucha long-range kamikaze drone.

UFORCE is a defence-technology company founded by Ukrainians Oleg Rogynskyy — previously the founder of the US enterprise-software firm People.ai — and Oleksii Honcharuk, a former Prime Minister of Ukraine. The umbrella company was registered in the United Kingdom in January 2025, but its products are built around systems proven on the Ukrainian front. Rather than positioning itself as a single-product manufacturer, UFORCE describes its model as a “neoprime”: a firm that signs direct contracts with government customers to deliver complete combat systems turnkey, assembling them from its own products and a network of Ukrainian developer and manufacturing teams.

Its best-known platform is Nemesis, a family of medium and heavy strike multirotor “bomber” drones that drop munitions on front-line targets. The type belongs to the broad class of heavy quadcopters that Russian troops have nicknamed “Baba Yaga” after the witch of Slavic folklore. The drones integrate Starlink terminals, which the developer says lets operators control them over long distances; recent variants push past a 20 km range. The company has also unveiled Bucha, a fixed-wing kamikaze drone with a claimed strike range of up to 200 km and a 5.5 kg warhead, launched from a compact rail and able to fly in groups where one airframe carries an extra battery and acts as a signal repeater. UFORCE’s wider portfolio spans the Magura family of uncrewed surface vessels, ground combat robots, counter-drone systems and battlefield-management software.

In March 2026 UFORCE raised a $50 million seed round — led by Shield Capital and Lakestar, with Ballistic Ventures participating — at a valuation reported to exceed $1 billion, covered as Ukraine’s first defence-technology “unicorn.” Its board includes Sir Ben Wallace, the former UK Defence Secretary. The firm sits alongside Ukrainian wartime makers such as Fire Point and Culver Aviation , and reaches the front in part through the Brave1 defence-tech cluster. Its headline figures — 150,000-plus combat missions, ranges and valuation — come from the company or its investors and have not been independently verified.
