Teletactica

Jam-resistant video and telemetry datalink modems and antenna kits for drones and unmanned platforms in heavy electronic-warfare conditions.

Teletactica is a Ukrainian-Estonian company, founded in 2024, that builds communication hardware designed to keep drones and unmanned platforms connected when the radio spectrum is saturated with jamming. Its line covers three pieces: the V2 Video Modem, a low-latency video link in the 2200-3000 MHz band; the T2 Telemetry Modem, a Sub-GHz telemetry and control link that speaks MAVLink2 and SBUS; and the A1 Antenna Kit, a high-gain 750-6000 MHz antenna for UAVs. The approach leans on frequency-hopping, resilient time synchronisation that holds without GPS, and MANET mesh networking that reroutes data when individual nodes drop out.

The company grew out of battlefield use in Ukraine and has since pushed into the European defence market. In July 2025 it raised a $1.5M round led by MITS Capital with Green Flag Ventures participating, having earlier graduated from the MITS accelerator. Reporting around the same period described an Estonian Ministry of Defence contract for electronic-warfare-resistant drone communications, and the firm joined Estonia’s defence and security industry innovation cluster. Like GPS-free autonomy peer NORDA Dynamics , Teletactica is part of a wave of Ukrainian suppliers building hardware specifically for contested, jamming-heavy environments.
