Stinex
Ukrainian maker of the ZORKO FPV-video-signal detector, the MAKOHIN jammer and unmanned aircraft.
Stinex (STINEX Technologies) is a Ukrainian company that describes itself as specialising in the development, production and integration of unmanned aircraft and electronic-warfare systems. Its catalogue spans three layers of the drone fight: passive detection with the ZORKO detector, active jamming with the MAKOHIN system, and its own ST-F1 Phobos unmanned aerial vehicle, alongside batteries and other field kit. The company positions its products for military, security and infrastructure-monitoring use.
Its most visible product is ZORKO, a compact FPV-video-signal detector that scans the 1.2, 3.3 and 5.8 GHz bands to spot incoming FPV drones and intercept their live analog feed, displaying it on dual screens with an adjustable audible proximity alarm. Built without external antennas and rated IP54 for dust and splash, it is marketed for wear on a soldier’s kit or a vehicle, with six to eight hours of runtime and, the company says, a detection range of roughly two to four kilometres. The device matters because a captured video feed can reveal both that a drone is near and, sometimes, where its operator is looking. On the active side, the MAKOHIN jammer generates interference intended to break enemy drone control and video links, offered in vehicle-mounted and stationary forms and several power configurations, with reported effective ranges of roughly two hundred metres depending on the variant.
Stinex sits in the fast-moving Ukrainian counter-FPV detector segment alongside BlueBird Tech and others, where detectors and jammers are iterated continuously against shifting enemy frequencies and video standards — a contest in which a fielded device can be outdated within months. Company-level details remain limited: the firm publishes little about its founding year, headquarters city or leadership, and those could not be confirmed from independent sources.
