Obrii Miltek is a Ukrainian company based in Zaporizhzhia that emerged during the full-scale war as one of many small firms racing to field affordable counter-drone tools. Its signature product is a portable anti-FPV electronic-warfare “dome” — a jammer that throws up a protective bubble of roughly 200 metres to disrupt the radio links of incoming Russian FPV strike drones.

The product comes in two forms: ANTIFPV BASE, a tripod-mounted unit for static positions, and ANTIFPV AUTO, a vehicle-mounted version that clamps on via four magnets, at a unit price of around 1,400 US dollars. Inside, a protective casing shields the transmitting antenna while an interference generator beneath it radiates noise across the bands FPV control links use. Both variants were undergoing state codification at the time they were first reported.

The company is candid about the trade-offs that shape its design. Chief executive Vadym Chukhrai has framed the goal plainly: “It’s not the pinnacle of technology, but this product can be made quickly at scale.” Developers say a system delivering around 70 percent effectiveness against FPV drones, at a price most servicemen can afford, is worth more at the front than a far costlier unit chasing 90 percent — a level of coverage that would price the dome out of widespread use. They tested the system against ExpressLRS and TBS Crossfire control modules and have openly acknowledged that no Ukrainian system reliably jams ExpressLRS, especially when an operator pairs it with a remote antenna amplifier.

Obrii Miltek’s place in Ukraine’s drone-war ecosystem is that of a low-cost, high-volume supplier of short-range electronic warfare, sitting below larger jamming firms such as Kvertus , whose counter-FPV stations target the same threat with heavier, more expensive hardware. Production numbers, fielded scale, named military partners and an exact founding date remain undisclosed.
