Griselda

AI data-fusion platform that consolidates multiple intelligence streams into a single picture and feeds Ukraine's Delta system.

Griselda is a Ukrainian AI company, founded in 2022 by Oleksii Teplukhin, whose platform of the same name fuses multiple intelligence streams — human, open-source, signals and imagery intelligence — into a single operating picture, with an emphasis on processing large data flows quickly. It draws on satellites, drones, social networks, media and captured enemy databases, running the inputs through automated analysis modules, neural networks and a four-level verification process before they reach an operator; the developers say the system can take in raw information and deliver a usable result in about 28 seconds. By design it carries no data on the positions of Ukraine’s own forces. It is used for both military and humanitarian purposes and is registered in Estonia as well as Ukraine for its work in the European market.

The platform is integrated into Ukraine’s Delta situational-awareness system — an integration announced by the Ministry of Digital Transformation — and also connects to other Ukrainian battlefield applications including Kropyva, Ukrop and GisArta. It was built by members of the Brave1 cluster in collaboration with the Special Operations Forces, the Armed Forces, the Security Service and the Ministry of Defence, by a mixed team of volunteers, serving and former military, programmers and analysts.

Griselda has raised a seed round of around $600,000 from the Finnish-Ukrainian defence fund Double Tap Investments, announced in March 2025, on top of a $250,000 grant in late 2024. In February 2025 the Finnish company Summa Defence announced a joint venture in which it takes a majority stake in Griselda, a route into the European and NATO market. It works in the same data-fusion and intelligence-software space as Corvus Intelligence and the OSINT firm Molfar.
