Flash Tech
A Ukrainian FPV-drone producer that emerged during the full-scale war.
Flash Tech is a Ukrainian producer of first-person-view (FPV) strike drones that rose to prominence after Russia’s full-scale invasion of 2022. The Warsaw-based OSW Centre for Eastern Studies lists it among the most notable manufacturers to emerge in that period, alongside firms such as Smart Machinery Solutions, Robotics Distribution and UMO Ukraine.
The company is one of dozens of new entrants in a sector that expanded sharply during the war: by analysts’ counts the number of registered Ukrainian drone firms grew from a few dozen in 2022 to several hundred by 2025, collectively producing millions of airframes a year. Detailed figures for Flash Tech’s own output, model line-up and locations have not been published in the open record. It should not be confused with Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov, the Ukrainian radio and electronic-warfare specialist who is an individual adviser rather than this manufacturer.
